Eligibility and services
You must be at least 18 years old to book or use our services. Service descriptions are informational. Specific scope, pricing and scheduling are confirmed at booking, subject to availability. We may modify or discontinue services, refuse a request, or update pricing before a quote is confirmed.
Bookings and payment
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. You agree to provide accurate information when scheduling. Payment terms, including when payment is due, will be communicated at booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or suspension of future services.
Cancellations and access
Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be provided at booking. Fees may apply where notice is not provided within the communicated timeframe or where the team cannot access the property at the scheduled visit. Clients are responsible for safe, reasonable access; securing pets; and disclosing hazards or special conditions.
Client responsibilities
Please secure valuable, fragile or irreplaceable items; identify surfaces requiring special care; and ensure required utilities are functioning. Tell us about property-specific limitations before service.
Intellectual property and privacy
Website text, logos, graphics, branding and design elements belong to Qpinta Cleaning Services LLC and may not be copied or distributed without written permission. Website use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By separately and voluntarily checking the optional SMS consent box on our quote request form, you agree to receive non-promotional text messages from Qpinta Cleaning Services LLC about your quote request, scheduling, appointment confirmations or changes, and updates about a cleaning service you requested. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting a quote request or purchasing a service. Message frequency varies based on your request and service. Message and data rates may apply.
